She assists individuals, victims, insurers, and institutions in their criminal, civil, and compensation disputes. In particular, she acts on behalf of insurance companies in appeals before the criminal courts to assert recourse claims, direct actions, or civil parties in complex cases (compensation for loss of physical autonomy or temporary or permanent incapacity to work, personal injury, property damage, and consequential damage).
A member of the Revue Droit & Santé (Legitech), the ECBA, and the EFCL, she takes a human, combative, and rigorous approach in supporting her clients in criminal, civil, or compensation proceedings before the courts. She works in French and German.
